Il sequel di Love Story
Del cult romantico Love Story, diretto da Arthur Hiller e interpretato dalla splendida Ali MacGraw e Ryan O'Neal, è sato realizzato un sequel, otto anni dopo, che si intitola La storia di Oliver ed è incentrata sul personaggio di Oliver Barrett IV, interpretato da O'Neal.
Due amici, una Love Story
Tommy Lee Jones e Al Gore fuono compagni di stanza quando frequentavano l'università di Harvard e i due sono rimasti ottimi amici. Jones e Gore, inoltre, secondo Erich Segal, ispirarono il personaggio di Oliver in Love Story, interpretato da Ryan O'NealRyan O'Neal.
